The Ogun State Community, Social Orientation and Safety Corps (So-Safe Corps) has arrested a welder for stealing a motorcycle.

Ganzallo explained that at about 1 a.m. on November 27, 2025, the Divisional Officer of Atuko Shekeinde Division, SC Ishola Sanya, received a distress call from Jamiu Wasiu. The caller reported that his motorcycle had been stolen from his residence in Egudu community.
In a swift response, the Divisional Officer alerted the Ado-Odo/Igbesa Area Commander, ACC Oluti Kehinde. The Area Commander immediately ordered all operatives to begin surveillance patrol to locate the suspect.

Ganzallo noted that operatives moved out quickly once the directive was issued. Later, at about 3 p.m., the patrol team and the complainant sighted the stolen motorcycle along Ketu–Latike–Lusada Road. It had two occupants. One suspect fled, but the second was restrained and arrested.
During interrogation, the arrested suspect, 50-year-old Adeshina Adebowale, who works as a welder and commercial rider, confessed. He claimed one Ayo Balogun brought the motorcycle to his house around 9 p.m. the previous night. When questioned, Ayo said the motorcycle belonged to his father and should be taken to his home in Atan. Adebowale said he agreed to follow him.
Ganzallo confirmed that both the suspect and the motorcycle, with registration number BK 574 UV, have been transferred to the Nigeria Police Force, Idi-Oke Division, for further investigation.
